Description

Delightfully soft and chewy healthy peanut butter cookies made with Greek yogurt, oats, and honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Add oats, vanilla extract, and baking soda to the bowl. Stir everything together well.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly golden.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

Store cookies at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for two weeks. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
