Delightfully soft and chewy healthy peanut butter cookies made with Greek yogurt, oats, and honey.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl until well combined.
- Add oats, vanilla extract, and baking soda to the bowl. Stir everything together well.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Store cookies at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for two weeks. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
