Description

A guilt-free delight packed with wholesome ingredients, these Healthy Pecan Date Bars are easy to make, naturally sweetened, and perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the pitted dates, toasted pecans, rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Pulse the mixture until it becomes well combined and sticky.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish and press it down firmly into an even layer.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it set.
  5. Once set, cut the mixture into bars and enjoy!

Notes
