- 1 cup toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the pitted dates, toasted pecans, rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor.
- Pulse the mixture until it becomes well combined and sticky.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish and press it down firmly into an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it set.
- Once set, cut the mixture into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze individual bars wrapped in parchment paper.
