- 2 cups medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a food processor, blend the pitted dates until they form a paste.
- Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into squares.
Notes
