Description

Indulge in these guilt-free, fudgy brownies made with medjool dates for natural sweetness and almond flour for a gluten-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend the pitted dates until they form a paste.
  3. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into squares.

Notes

Serve with nut butter, dark chocolate drizzle, or a scoop of vanilla yogurt for an extra treat. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
