Description

Deliciously low-calorie churro bites made in an air fryer, featuring almond flour and coconut sugar for a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Roll the dough into small bites, about the size of a marble, and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  7. Once golden brown, remove them from the air fryer and, if desired, roll in a mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
