Description

Delicious no-bake treats made with layers of hazelnuts, mascarpone cheese, and chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 10 crispy ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup chocolate (melted)
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, melted chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until you have a smooth and creamy filling.
  2. Take your ladyfingers and briefly dip them in either coffee or milk.
  3. Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a dish, forming the base of your no-bake dessert.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the mascarpone-chocolate filling over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat this process until you’ve used all your ingredients, finishing with a layer of the filling on top.
  6. Gently press the crushed hazelnuts onto the top layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least four hours or until set.
  8. Once set, slice your treats and serve chilled.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Avoid freezing for best texture.
