- 10 crispy ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup chocolate (melted)
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts (crushed)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, melted chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until you have a smooth and creamy filling.
- Take your ladyfingers and briefly dip them in either coffee or milk.
- Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a dish, forming the base of your no-bake dessert.
- Spread a generous layer of the mascarpone-chocolate filling over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat this process until you’ve used all your ingredients, finishing with a layer of the filling on top.
- Gently press the crushed hazelnuts onto the top layer.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or until set.
- Once set, slice your treats and serve chilled.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Avoid freezing for best texture.
