- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter (for the filling)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
- Fresh berries (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour 1/4 cup of batter, swirling to cover the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook for 30 seconds until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips and butter, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Place a crêpe on a flat surface, add chocolate filling, and roll tightly.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries if desired.
