Ingredients

- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups gumdrops, cut in halves
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the Base Ingredients: In a large saucepan over low heat, combine the mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and unsalted butter, stirring until smooth.
- Add Vanilla Extract: Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in Gumdrops: Gently fold in the halved gumdrops.
- Transfer to Baking Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down lightly.
- Let It Set: Cool at room temperature for at least 120 minutes or until firm.
- Cut into Squares: Lift the nougat out of the pan and cut into squares.
