- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1–2 drops green food coloring
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1-2 drops of green food coloring and mix until your cookie dough has a vibrant hue.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
<liGradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Scoop out dough and roll into balls, then coat each ball with powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and centers look slightly underbaked.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
