Description

Decadent gluten-free brownies that are rich, fudgy, and easy to make. Perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings without gluten.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter (or coconut oil), sugar, and brown sugar until glossy.
  3. Crack in the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
