- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter (or coconut oil), sugar, and brown sugar until glossy.
- Crack in the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
