- 2 tablespoons fresh strawberry puree or juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently without overmixing.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with strawberry puree until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled bread.
Notes
