Ingredients

- 1 bag of popcorn (popped)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Funfetti cake mix
- Rainbow sprinkles
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in Funfetti cake mix and a pinch of salt.
- Quickly fold in popped popcorn until well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
- Let cool completely, then break into pieces to enjoy.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 to 5 days. To soften, microwave for a few seconds if they harden.
