Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until they form a paste.
- Add the almond butter, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract to the dates and blend until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before slicing into squares and serve.
