Description

A visually colorful and fun cookie recipe combining chewy texture with the crunch of Fruity Pebbles.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal and white chocolate chips, along with sprinkles if using.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are slightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
