Description

A quick and refreshing Watermelon Sorbet made with just two ingredients. Perfect for summer!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh watermelon chunks
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove the seeds.
  2. Freeze the watermelon chunks until solid, about 2-4 hours.
  3. Blend the frozen watermelon in a food processor until smooth.
  4. Add sugar if desired and blend again.
  5. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for a firmer sorbet.

Notes

Serve with fresh mint, in a melon bowl, or top with coconut flakes for added flavor.
