Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh watermelon chunks
- Optional: 1-2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove the seeds.
- Freeze the watermelon chunks until solid, about 2-4 hours.
- Blend the frozen watermelon in a food processor until smooth.
- Add sugar if desired and blend again.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for a firmer sorbet.
Notes
Serve with fresh mint, in a melon bowl, or top with coconut flakes for added flavor.
