Instructions

- In a medium saucepan, warm the milk over low heat. Whisk in the sugar and flour until well combined.
- Whisk in the egg yolks and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into prepared ramekins, filling just below the rim.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden on top.
- Serve immediately for best results.
