Ingredients
For the Churro Dough:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking spray (for air fryer)
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
1. Make the Choux Pastry: Combine water, 2 tbsp sugar, salt, and butter in a medium saucepan. Bring to rolling boil until butter melts.
2. Add Flour: Remove from heat, add flour all at once. Stir until a smooth ball forms.
3. Cool and Add Eggs: Let dough cool 2-3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
4. Prepare for Air Frying: Transfer dough to piping bag with star tip. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
5. Pipe and Cook: Spray air fryer basket. Pipe 2-inch dough pieces, air fry 6-8 minutes until golden, shaking halfway.
6. Coat in Cinnamon Sugar: Brush with melted butter, roll in cinnamon sugar while warm.
