- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2/3 cup of evaporated milk
- 1 jar (7 oz) of marshmallow creme
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil while stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the marshmallow creme until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract, stirring until everything is melted and nicely blended.
- If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan, spreading it evenly.
- Allow it to cool completely before cutting into squares.
