Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond flour or oat flour
2/3 cup zero-sugar sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (thick)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
2. In a bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, almond flour (or oat flour), and sweetener.
3. In another bowl, mix eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
5. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
6. Let brownies cool completely before slicing. Optionally dust with cocoa powder or drizzle with melted sugar-free chocolate.
