Instructions
- In a bowl, combine your sliced strawberries with the yogurt and honey or maple syrup until well blended.
- Pipe the mixture into molds or drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place your treats in the freezer for about 120-180 minutes, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove and enjoy these healthy snacks whenever you’re ready!
