Description

A fun and easy treat that combines sweet and salty flavors for a delightful snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag Pretzel sticks
  • 1 bag Mini Pretzel twists
  • 1 bag ROLO candies
  • 1 bag Green mint M&M candies (peanut or plain)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
  3. Arrange the pretzel sticks in rows across the cookie sheet, aligning them four across for each shamrock.
  4. Create the shamrock shape by laying three Mini Pretzel Twists around the top of each pretzel stick.
  5. Place a ROLO candy in the center of the shamrock, right where the pretzels meet.
  6. Bake the pretzel arrangement in the oven for about 2 minutes, just long enough to soften the ROLOs but not melt them.
  7. Once out of the oven, press a green M&M into the center of each softened ROLO.
  8. Freeze the bites for 30-45 minutes to allow them to set beautifully.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Refrigerate if it’s warm to maintain chocolate texture.
