- 1 box of pistachio pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 1 package of graham crackers
- Chopped pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until it’s completely smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is well combined and creamy.
- In a suitable dish, start layering by placing a layer of graham crackers first.
- Spread a layer of the creamy pistachio mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Repeat these layers until your ingredients are all used up, finishing with a layer of the pudding mixture on top.
- Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of four hours, preferably overnight.
- Just before serving, sprinkle chopped pistachios on top for an extra crunch.
Notes
