Description

Quick and simple no-bake granola bars made with wholesome ingredients, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins, cranberries)
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and mixed nuts. Stir well.
  2. In another bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth. Microwave if needed.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in your dried fruits and chocolate chips if using.
  5. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and press it down evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour to set, then cut into bars.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to two months.
