Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mini marshmallows (optional, for topping)
  • Crushed graham crackers (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to set, then cut into squares and serve.
