Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend your favorite fruit in a food processor until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, combine the fruit puree, Greek yogurt, and honey. Whisk until mixed.
  4. Load the mixture into a zippered plastic bag, snip a corner, and squeeze dollops onto the baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least one hour.
  6. Transfer to a freezer-safe container for storage.
