- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup dark chocolate (vegan and sugar-free, if desired)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine the pecans and shredded coconut to form a fine crust mixture.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to create the crust, and bake for about 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- While the crust is cooling, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the melted chocolate, coconut cream, and maple syrup. Mix until well combined and silky smooth.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.

Serve with coconut whipped cream or fresh fruits for added flavor.
