- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred sugar substitute)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered erythritol and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Add the sour cream and mix until smooth.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best when garnished with fresh berries or chocolate shavings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
