Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry mixture and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form the cookie dough into taco shells using the mold and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in the whipped cream.
- Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake filling and add toppings as desired.
- Serve immediately for the best experience.
