Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries
- Pistachio butter (store-bought or homemade)
- White chocolate
- Milk or dark chocolate
- Crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Rinse strawberries and dry them thoroughly.
- Slice off the tops and scoop out the insides to fill with pistachio butter.
- In a microwave, melt the white chocolate in short bursts until smooth and dip the tops of the strawberries.
- Let the first layer set, then melt the milk or dark chocolate and dip again.
- Chill the strawberries for 10-15 minutes between layers.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top before serving.
Notes
