Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, sugar, and salt until crumbly. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead briefly and let it rest.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed ube, sugar, and vanilla to make the filling.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles. Place a spoonful of ube filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold and seal the edges tightly to secure the filling inside.
- Place your pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
