Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with white chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar, ube extract, and eggs; mix until well combined.
- Stir in gluten-free flour until you achieve a creamy brownie batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, smoothing it into an even layer.
- Bake for 24 to 27 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool for about an hour before slicing into squares.
