Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with white chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
  3. Add granulated sugar, ube extract, and eggs; mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in gluten-free flour until you achieve a creamy brownie batter.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, smoothing it into an even layer.
  6. Bake for 24 to 27 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
