Description

A refreshing and delightful treat, these Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups with Berries are easy to make and perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of yogurt (Greek or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cupcake liners or silicone molds for serving

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or use silicone molds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon a dollop of the yogurt mixture into each cup, filling them halfway.
  4. Gently press a layer of granola into the yogurt in each cup.
  5. Add a generous layer of mixed berries on top of the granola.
  6. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully frozen.
  7. Pop the cups out of the molds or liners and enjoy.

Notes

These cups can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Best enjoyed fresh within a few weeks.
