A refreshing and delightful treat, these Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups with Berries are easy to make and perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of yogurt (Greek or non-dairy)
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Cupcake liners or silicone molds for serving
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or use silicone molds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
- Spoon a dollop of the yogurt mixture into each cup, filling them halfway.
- Gently press a layer of granola into the yogurt in each cup.
- Add a generous layer of mixed berries on top of the granola.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully frozen.
- Pop the cups out of the molds or liners and enjoy.
Notes
These cups can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Best enjoyed fresh within a few weeks.
