- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted

Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mash the pitted Medjool dates in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread the mashed dates evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer peanut butter generously over the dates.
- Melt dark chocolate and pour it over the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the melted chocolate and add a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour, then cut into bars.
