Instructions
- Prepare the Dates: Add pitted dates to a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them soak for about 15 minutes.
- Blend It Up: Transfer soaked dates to a high-powered blender. Add coconut milk and blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with more coconut milk if needed.
- Add the Flavor: Pour the blend into a jar or bowl and stir in vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cool and Store: Allow the caramel to cool before covering and refrigerating.
