Instructions
- Start with the Base: In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and your choice of nuts. Pulse until everything is well blended and sticky.
- Add Flavor: Next, sprinkle in the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse again until all the ingredients are perfectly combined.
- Shape the Balls: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Optional Extras: If you’re feeling fancy, you can roll the balls in shredded coconut or chopped nuts.
