Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Zest of one orange

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in sour cream, cranberries, orange juice, and zest until combined.
  6. Pour mixture over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes, until set.
  7. Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
