- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Zest of one orange
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream, cranberries, orange juice, and zest until combined.
- Pour mixture over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes, until set.
- Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
