Description

Delicious bite-sized treats made with creamy filling and tangy cranberry sauce, wrapped in flaky crescent dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Unroll the dough and cut each triangle in half.
  5. Press the dough pieces into the muffin cups, covering the bottom and sides.
  6. Spoon in about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
  7. If desired, top with chopped pecans or orange zest.
  8. Bake for 11–13 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
