- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sliced apples, cranberries, sugar, and lemon juice, then pour into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
