Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired, then blend again.
  3. Scoop the blended mousse into serving bowls or glasses, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The texture may change slightly, but the flavor will remain delicious. Can also be enjoyed frozen like a popsicle.
