- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, oats, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
- Use a spoon to drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
