- 1 cup Biscoff biscuits, crushed
- 1/2 cup cookie butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Chocolate for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Biscoff biscuits and cookie butter until well combined.
- Add the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- If desired, melt chocolate and dip each truffle into the chocolate.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge. Can be frozen before coating.
