Description

Delightful candies made with cookie butter, cream cheese, and Biscoff biscuits, perfect for sharing or as a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Chocolate for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Biscoff biscuits and cookie butter until well combined.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. If desired, melt chocolate and dip each truffle into the chocolate.
  6. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge. Can be frozen before coating.
