Description

Cool and hydrating Coconut Water Popsicles made with fresh fruits, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups coconut water (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
  • 1 ripe mango (peeled and diced)
  • 2 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
  • 5 strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits: Start by cutting your fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Distribute the fruits: Evenly distribute the mixed fruit into your popsicle molds.
  3. Pour the coconut water: Slowly pour the coconut water into each mold over the fruits.
  4. Insert the sticks: Place the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  5. Freeze: Pop your molds into the freezer and let them sit for at least 360 minutes.
  6. Unmold and enjoy: Run warm water over the outside of the molds, then pull the popsicles out.

Notes

For best results, use ripe and fresh fruits. You can customize the recipe with different fruits.
