Description

Irresistibly sweet peanut butter cookies topped with a delightful Hershey’s Kiss, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar (lightly packed)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (additional for coating)
  • 11 oz Bag of Hershey Kisses

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Cream together the peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until blended.
  5. Chill the dough in a sealed container for at least one hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheets.
  7. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in sugar, and place them on baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 7-8 minutes, then press a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie.
  9. Return to the oven for an additional two minutes.
  10. Cool on baking sheets for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
