Instructions

  2. Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add honey, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until blended.
  5. Sprinkle in baking soda and a pinch of salt, then stir well.
  6. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
