Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Add honey, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until blended.
- Sprinkle in baking soda and a pinch of salt, then stir well.
- Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick—let it cool slightly before slicing.
