Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a separate large bowl, beat together the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball using your thumb.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Once cooled, fill the centers with chocolate ganache.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
