Ingredients
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
1. Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in chopped strawberries until evenly coated.
3. Scoop small clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze 1 hour until solid.
4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
5. Dip frozen clusters into chocolate. Return to tray.
6. Freeze 30 minutes more until chocolate sets. Enjoy!
