Description

Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a healthy, refreshing frozen treat made with juicy strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and rich chocolate. Perfect for summer snacking, dessert, or a healthier alternative to candy.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

1. Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

2. Fold in chopped strawberries until evenly coated.

3. Scoop small clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze 1 hour until solid.

4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.

5. Dip frozen clusters into chocolate. Return to tray.

6. Freeze 30 minutes more until chocolate sets. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Dry strawberries before mixing to avoid runny yogurt.
  • Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture.
  • Freeze clusters immediately after scooping.
  • Add protein powder or nut butter for a variation.
  • Store in airtight freezer container up to 2 weeks.
