- 100g melted butter
- 500g cream cheese
- 150g powdered sugar
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100g chopped Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until thick.
- Add the Chopped Oreos: Gently fold chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour filling over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the springform pan and sprinkle with additional chopped Oreos before serving.
