Description

Ingredients

  • 100g melted butter
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100g chopped Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until thick.
  3. Add the Chopped Oreos: Gently fold chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour filling over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the springform pan and sprinkle with additional chopped Oreos before serving.
