- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini loaf pans.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into greased mini loaf pans, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
