Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini loaf pans.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a larger bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into greased mini loaf pans, filling them about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pans for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
