- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, incorporating each fully before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Drop rounded scoops of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
For a twist, add a swirl of peanut butter or Nutella to the dough before baking.
