Description

Easy to whip up and packed with flavor, these chocolate date truffles are a guilt-free indulgence made with just six basic ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the Medjool dates, cocoa powder, almond flour, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is well-combined and forms a sticky dough.
  3. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  4. Roll the truffles in additional cocoa powder or shredded coconut for decoration, if desired.
  5. Chill the truffles on a plate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
