Quick and healthy dessert bites made with Greek yogurt, chocolate, and coconut—perfect for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sea salt, or extra coconut
Instructions
- Mix ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and a smooth, thick mixture forms.
- Prepare molds: Line a mini muffin tin with mini muffin liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Fill the molds: Spoon the yogurt mixture into each mold, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Add toppings: If you’d like to add toppings like nuts or extra coconut, sprinkle them on top now.
- Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 120–240 minutes, or until the yogurt bites are fully frozen.
- Serve: Once frozen, gently pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy!
Notes
These yogurt bites can be packaged for gifts or served on a dessert board with fresh fruits.
